Details & Responsibilities

Full-time schedule
Monday - Friday (8am -4pm)
No call or weekends required
Start Date: ASAP
Credentialing Estimate: 1 month
Duties:
Provides necessary social work intervention
Assesses patient's psychosocial needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies interventions to meet the established patient/client goals
Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient/client
Observes and reports patient progress and/or changes in patient status to physician and appropriate multi- disciplinary team members
Required Qualifications
Active/Unrestricted Colorado LCSW License
Master's Degree in a mental health related field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
BLS/ACLS Certification
**One year experience providing mental health services in an institutional setting is preferred.
