Job Description:
Amergis Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LicensedPractical Nurse (LPN) for a 1 on 1 case in a school setting in Bunnlevel, NC.This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN looking to make a meaningful impactin a student’s life throughout the 2024-2025 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1 on 1 nursing care to a student, ensuring their health and well-being throughout the school day.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document the student’s health status and report any changes to the appropriate school staff and parents.
Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and parents to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for the student.
Perform other nursing duties as required to support the student’s educational experience.
Requirements:
Valid LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
1 year of current experience as an LPN required.
Current CPR certification.
Previous pediatric or school nursing experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing excellent care.
