Join our REMARKABLE health care team as a Radiologic Technologist – MRI and perform technical imaging examinations and complex, specialized procedures utilizing a wide variety of imaging equipment and systems.

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist – MRI to:

• Perform technical imaging examinations and complex and specialized procedures utilizing a wide variety of imaging equipment and systems.

• Work independently in this position with all patient age groups and varying locations.

• Responsible for maintenance and repairs, participate in QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system.

• Work collaboratively with staff to prioritize and organize schedules and to triage routine and emergent procedures.

• Participate in the instruction of other fellows, residents, physicians and visiting health care professionals and may also participate in clinical research.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Facility Requirement:

  • Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison (permanent address must be included in traveler's profile including resume, medefis portal, onboarding disclosures/questionnaires).

  • Experience:

  • Two (2) years clinical experience.

  • Prior traveling experience preferred.

  • Education:

    • Minimum – Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

  • License and Certification:

  • Certification by appropriate body: ARRT Registries of Radiography (R) AND MRI (MR) .

  • BLS (issued by American Heart Association)

  • Reference

  • Needs 2 completed references from recent work environment/assignments (supervisor or manager only for work performed in the last two years).

  • Floating - Travelers are the first to float. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs. During the traveler’s assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.
