Contra Costa County, CA 94556
Compensation:
Local Candidates: $54/hour
Travel Candidates: $2,200.00 weekly after taxes
Schedule:
Full-time M - F or Part-time
Job Responsibilities:
Treat patients as directed by the Physical Therapist.
Record daily treatment and weekly progress notes per PT Board standards.
Maintain department cleanliness and order.
Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences as needed.
Assist with the training of Restorative Aides.
Communicate with supervisors and health team members about patient progress and plans.
Instruct patients' families or nursing staff on maintenance programs and caregiver training for discharge preparation.
Report equipment issues to ensure proper maintenance.
Relate positively and effectively with patients, families, staff, and professional colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant Licensed
