Amergis PCP - Packard MHC - Springfield IL in Springfield, Illinois
Currently seeking a Primary Care Physician Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct daily physician rounds.
Administer medical treatments.
Oversee laboratory tests and results.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Board certification in Internal Medicine preferred but will consider Family Practice as well.
Valid Illinois State Physician License and Federal DEA registration.
Enrollment as a provider in Illinois State Medicaid and Medicare.
HOURS:
Mon – Friday 5, 8 hour shifts or 4, 10 hour shifts .
M-F (8am-4:30pm)
No after-hour calls required.
No daily admission.
No daily Discharges.
