We’re currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to fill an opening in Warm Springs, MT offering competitive pay, flexible schedules, and great work-life balance.

Details & Responsibilities

• Competitive Pay + medical/dental/vision benefits for full-time providers

• Monday - Friday (8am -4pm)

• No call or weekends required

• Start Date: ASAP

• Credentialing Estimate: 1 month

• Duties:

• • Provides necessary social work intervention

• Counsel’s individuals and families in crisis and help with issues such as poverty, loss and illness

• Assesses patient's psychosocial needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies interventions to meet the established patient/client goals

• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient/client

• Facilitates patient/client and family referrals to community agencies when appropriate

• Provides financial counseling when necessary to achieve the treatment goals established by the multi- disciplinary team

• May be required to respond to crisis situations, including domestic violence and child abuse

• May be required to provide witness services and evidence in court cases

• Arranges home visits to evaluate a patient/client health, home environment and family interaction/support

• Assists patient/family/caregivers in planning for present and future psychosocial needs

• Observes and reports patient progress and/or changes in patient status to physician and appropriate multi- disciplinary team members

• Active/Unrestricted LCSW License (ANY STATE)

• Provisional not accepted

• Master's Degree in a mental health related field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.

• BLS/ACLS Certification

• **One year experience providing mental health services in an institutional setting is preferred.
