Pay: $30/Hour
Policy and Compliance :
Policy Creation: HR Generalists develop and update company policies, ensuring they align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Compliance Monitoring: They keep an eye on changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization remains compliant.
Recruitment and Onboarding :
Recruitment Planning: HR Generalists work with hiring managers to create recruitment strategies, including job postings, interview processes, and candidate assessments.
Onboarding Support: They guide new hires through the onboarding process, explaining company policies, benefits, and culture.
Record Keeping :
Employee Files: HR Generalists maintain accurate records for each employee, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
Benefits Administration: They handle benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Employee Engagement :
Engagement Initiatives: HR Generalists organize events, training sessions, and wellness programs to boost employee morale and productivity.
Conflict Resolution: They address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and promote a positive work environment.
Collaboration and Communication :
Vendor Relations: HR Generalists work with external vendors for services like payroll, benefits, and training.
Performance Management: They assist managers in evaluating employee performance and implementing improvement plans.
